I was looking for a builder/project manager and Josh was the answer, he managed the project from start to finish for my kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout. We worked out how best to communicate and work together and he did the rest, telling me what to prepare for while coordinating all the trades. Every member of his team pleasant and professional while respecting our family life as we lived through the renovations. I also loved his honesty. Whether it was a design or product selection down to budget management. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to embark on a renovation or upgrades to their house.

Had my garage converted to a granny flat. Joshua is easy to deal with. Very responsive and detailed. Work commenced only a few weeks after contract signed. Joshua and the team did a good job. Would consider JV constructions again for future home projects

I never thought a full interior reno could be done while being out of the country without a single hitch. Josh went above and beyond coordinating contractors and ensuring every detail was to expectation.
