I was looking for a builder/project manager and Josh was the answer, he managed the project from start to finish for my kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout. We worked out how best to communicate and work together and he did the rest, telling me what to prepare for while coordinating all the trades. Every member of his team pleasant and professional while respecting our family life as we lived through the renovations. I also loved his honesty.
