We had never worked with any builders before but after meeting half a dozen, we had already made our mind up - and we've never looked back! From start to finish of our home renovation, Josh was always clear and prompt in his communication. No question was ever left unanswered and we felt we were in the right hands all of the way. All of the tradesmen were friendly, respectful and highly skilled, that it made living on a job-site with a toddler and a newborn actually liveable. Along the way there were a few bumps and issues, but Josh always endeavoured to find a solution in a courteous and efficient way. I found Josh and his team to be very professional and extremely punctual, there was never an issue that Josh wasn't able to work out, I am very happy with the result of Josh and his team turning my large lounge room into an extra two bedrooms for my growing family. My wife and I are very happy with everything and so are the kids, a very big thank you to Josh and his team. We will definitely use them again. In the photos the painting was not completed as I am doing it myself.

This review is long overdue. JV Constructions did a wonderful ( hassle free , on my part anyway) renovation on our 1970's home that was in bad repair and on a difficult block of land. The back of the house underwent a full renovation, floor to ceiling windows replaced, skylights added, kitchen and laundry relocated, new floors, side entrance door relocated, cladding , some decking. Some rock removed to make a small indoor outdoor area. Josh's team was respectful and always left things tidy. At the very start of the renovation a family member became seriously ill and throughout the whole renovation Josh had to deal with a family whose focus had shifted significantly. It must have been very difficult for Josh to navigate our family's problems and emotions. Josh did it with warmth and integrity and understanding. There were many times we just let Josh make the decisions and they were always perfect. I'm very grateful it was Josh we were dealing with through this very sad time. We have a wonderful space now thanks to Josh and his team.

It took me a long time to find the right person for the job, many quotes, ideas and differences of opinion. I knew JV constructions were the best fit, Josh seemed to know what he was talking about, and provided ideas and solutions. This made a stressful process so much easier.
